True colours coming out.  We'll remember what he said.  Don't say anything at all if you don't have anything good things to say. So don't be upset.

Somehow I feel a lot better today. I miss him but somehow I keep believing he loves me and he will forgive. No matter how many times you tell yourself his not coming back. Setting yourself up for disappointed here :( but be positive. 

I'm so thankful for my bed tonight! And every night! Be motivated and anything is possible! Don't give up :) your stronger now. Remember you will have bad times but it will pass. Look beyond and find the rainbow.
