Was pretty good today. Went out to shop. Anxiety didn't creep up so much. Went to CHARMIES and played with her animals for abit. But shud have came home earlier and got stuff done. But that's ok.
Another week now. Keep it up. Bed time!
I'm grateful for animals !!! they are innocent and adorable. CHARMIES car with attitude was a total babe. She hugged me and held on purring!
